1031 Real Estate Services, Inc. (1031 RESI), is a national qualified intermediary specializing in tax-deferred exchanges and a member of the FEA (Federation of Exchange Accommodators).

1031 Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded in 1991 and has successfully handled over 10,000 transactions nationwide.

1031 Staff

Director:

Lonnie Nielson is considered an expert in the industry, having published many articles in various National Trade Publications as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Lonnie provides 16 years of exchange experience and has personally handled over 10,000 exchange transactions nationwide. Lonnie is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Financial Planning. He has been married for 17 years and has eight children. He is also a part owner of the Sacramento Capitals World Team Tennis franchise.

Senior Facilitator:

Rebekah Green is a graduate of California State University Sacramento. Rebekah has been with the company since 1999 and has handled hundreds of exchange transactions nationwide. She is the Reverse and Improvement Exchange Specialist on staff and has successfully transacted many of these complicated exchanges.
